Fashion Illustrator Meagan Morrison for M Missoni at Bloomingdale’s NYC

M Missoni Launch event with Fashion Illustrator Meagan Morrison at Bloomingdale's

If you haven’t heard yet about the Fashion Illustrator Meagan Morrison of TravelWriteDraw, you certainly will very soon, as her impressive bio is getting longer, constantly updated with new amazing collaborations with world renowned clients including Condé Nast Traveler, Calvin Klein or Lucky Magazine, to mention a few. You may remember my article Love Is In the Air… featuring Meagan and her beautiful work for Rebecca Minkoff a month ago.

This time, Meagan takes on a new project with M Missoni that has just launched their SS15 line at Bloomingdale’s  NYC last weekend.

M Missoni, first introduced in 1998, is a sub-line of a high-end Italian fashion house Missoni founded in 1953 by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni. The brand is famous for its eye-catching, colorful knitwear that captured shoppers’ attention at the spring/summer 2015 launch event at Bloomingdale’s 59th in New York City last Saturday.

Textured stripes in contrasting bright spring colors, striking knit dresses with optical illusion patterns, intricate crochets, tribal zigzag motifs, unexpected mix of prints – are the highlights of the M Missoni SS15 collection.

The shoppers were invited to pick their favorite piece to be portrayed in. The Sleeveless Stripe Knit and Crochet V-Neck were chosen the most. The cheerful, vibrant hues, arresting stripes and remarkable crochet surely look sensational on all the silhouettes sketched by Meagan during the event.

In this video below you can see all the details and Meagan Morrison’s fabulous illustration work.
